Join Mother's who share and understand the complex feelings of losing a child. Regardless of the circumstances of your loss and no matter how much time has passed, we welcome you to join us in a safe, private and peaceful space where your feelings are not only heard but fully understood. Being surrounded by women who have shared experiences will allow you to feel supported and not alone in your thoughts and feelings. Mothers who are further along in their journey are welcome to share their experience to provide valuable insight as a mentor to our mothers experiencing a recent loss. You will never be pressured to share or talk, you are welcome to simply be present and be surrounded by inspiration and support. Hope Valley is a space to find HOPE and we encourage you to join us.

We invite you to spend time before the group to take a mindful, relaxing walk on our nature trail or take advantage of any of our outdoor spaces to sit and listen to the fountains and birds. Spending time in nature can help reduce stress and anxiety allowing your mind and body to relax and experience calmness.
